New, scientific warm up routine.
Apologies that I'm not hitting this blog daily,  perhaps  I should work on that... 

Anyhow, in the mean time, I believe I have stumbled on a full, effective routine for your warm ups.
Here it is: Pick a hair metal song.  Now Air Drum to it.  And be a rock star. None of this easy-listening air drumming either. Rock out like you're from Hamilton.

Metal air drumming shall contain flare, flailing and be nothing but completely awesome.
Hello heart rate. Now workout.
